On The Move Program:
If class is to be canceled/closed for any reason (Holiday, Weather, Daycare Closing, or Illness) parents will be notified by email and a make up class will be scheduled. Makeup classes are not guaranteed to be on the same day of the week as normal classes are held. If a student misses a class for any reason they might be eligible for a makeup class depending on classes offered at your location. Please ONLY email our office (info@ultimatedanceonthemove.com) if a makeup class is needed within 7 days from missed class otherwise we will not be able to make-up a class. We suggest all students to at least attend the first 2 weeks of classes before requesting a refund. In order to request a refund please email info@ultimatedanceonthemove.com before the 3rd week, a $20 processing fee with occur. Agreeing to these terms you are aware of our cancelled class policy and refund policy.
Studio Location:
If class is to be canceled/closed for any reason (Weather or Illness) parents will be notified by email and a make up class will be scheduled. Makeup classes are not guaranteed to be on the same day of the week as normal classes are held. If your child is absent, please ONLY email our office (info@ultimatedanceonthemove.com) if a makeup class is needed within 7 days from missed class otherwise we will not be able to make-up a class. There will be no refunds at any studio locations.
Our automatic payment will process tuition fees for the session you are registered for on a monthly basis using your debit/credit card on file on your account. Please be advised that all monthly tuition fees will be processed, even if you decide not to complete the session you are registered for. If a class does not mention automatic payment then the full amount for that class/event will be processed on the first day of the session. By agreeing to these terms you understand that your tuition fee will be charged monthly until the session ends or all at once on the first day of the session if no automatic payment option is mentioned.
Example: On The Move Recital Session 2017 classes run 5 months from January 15th 2019- June 10th 2019; parents will pay the tuition fee of $44 a month every 15th of the month.
